Any rescheduling or cancelling from 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% of your appointment fee.Failure to show up for your appointment on the day will result in 100% payment of the treatment booked or an inability to book future services with me.
If more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no show.

Yes, no shows mean lost time I can't get back. if you ghost your appointment, the full services fee will be charged. If payment isn't received, we won't be booking you again in the future. Respecting each-others time is the vibe around here.

If you're sick, please stay home and take care of yourself. It’s much easier to reschedule one appointment rather than moving entire days if i fall ill also.
Cancelling last minute is still considered under my cancellation policy. Gotta keep things fair for everyone, even if you're under the weather.

For everyone's comfort I ask you leave the little ones at home. There are chemicals and breakable items in the salon so it's best to keep things safe and calm. It can also be hard navigating precision with bumps and knocks on the brow bed, or you. I want to give you my full attention.
